Children under 6 years old are generally not allowed. Passengers must be able to stand for 1 hour and climb into the basket unassisted. Flights are not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, or serious mobility issues.

Flights are scheduled early in the morning, typically an hour before sunrise, to ensure optimal weather conditions and stunning views.

What happens if the flight is canceled due to weather?
If the flight is canceled due to unfavorable weather conditions, you will be offered to reschedule for another day. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and sturdy footwear. Mornings can be chilly, so bring a warm jacket.

Yes, you can bring your phone or camera. However, we recommend using straps or protective holders to avoid accidental drops.
